Order Processing
Every Vintage Foundry surf rack is assembled by hand after your order is placed. Because each rack is built to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for assembly and processing before your order ships.
Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and carrier rates. Shipping charges include packaging materials required to safely transport your surf rack.
Transit Times
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Continental United States: 2–7 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Delivery times vary by destination.
- International Orders: Transit times vary by country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your shipment leaves our shop. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Vintage Foundry is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect your package upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each surf rack is assembled specifically for your order, changes or cancellations may only be accepted before fabrication has begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.
